Reid grew up working for his father's construction/architecture company and has himself owned a contracting company for many years. He has the unique ability to enter a home and determine its condition and more importantly the anticipated costs of repairs and improvements. Most importantly he understands the struggles of first time home buyers, sellers and home ownership. Aside from that Reid has numerous references within the community to make necessary improvements and repairs. He can often serve as a one-stop-shop for all things home related including repairs and advice. Reid believes that is what makes him such a successful Realtor, the fact that his service excels long before and long after the settlement date. When Reid is not buying or selling homes he is a board member of the Arlington Moose Lodge and the coach of JEB Stuart High School's Crew Team.
